30 Days of Thanks

I post every day in the morning something I’m grateful for in my life. It helps me focus on the positive first thing in the morning and I have noticed that it helps my mental health. 
I would like to challenge you all to do 30 days of being thankful. You can post as many or little as you would like each day or just write it down for just yourself. It takes 30 days to form a habit and hopefully will keep with you every day seeing the positive in life. 
You don’t have to do this, only of you would like to.
